Please Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on face masks, intimate apparel (lounge & sleepwear), and electronics for hygiene and safety reasons. All other items from our Women’s Activewear, Clothing, Bags, Shoes, and Accessories collections are eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include any accessories or free gifts that came with the item

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form (see template below) and include it with your package.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the package to our returns address (provided after your return is authorized).

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

For exchanges, we will process your new order once the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Women’s Face Masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Women’s Electronics (unless defective)
  • Women’s Lounge & Sleepwear (for hygiene reasons)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
