5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they are defective:

• Women’s Face Masks
• Women’s Electronics (eligible only if defective)
• Women’s Lounge & Sleepwear (intimate apparel)

5.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in the original packaging
• Include any accessories or free gifts that came with the item

5.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form and include it with your package
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible
4. Ship the package to our returns address (provided after your return is authorized)

5.5 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
